We have completed our recent upgrade to our screening system with world class technologies that ensure cross-platform compatibility, browser independence, responsive design, support for portable devices, improvements to day-to-day workflows, and a new look and feel.

**You will need to make sure that you are using the latest version of your browser to ensure that all of the features of the new system work correctly.**

Why are you changing your program design?
We value your business, and are responding to many requests for our system to be more user-friendly on portable devices. This will also improve performance on a variety of browsers such as Internet Explorer, Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Opera. Upgrading our interface also provides the newest and most secure technology.

Where do I change my password?
Your Profile information is now located on the top right corner of the screen. Click on your name, profile settings, and then the Security tab to change your password.

I’m not too fond of the new layout. Is there something that can be changed?

We do apologize for any inconvenience the new layout causes. Once a little time is spent becoming acclimated with the sleek and innovative design, we are confident that our clients will love the easy accessibility! However, if you are not convinced after the first order is processed, please let us know about any changes you would like to request and we will alert our programmer to see what our options are in the future.
